We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to cancel your subscription and what to expect.
We'd love to help you get more value from The Ops Toolbox before you cancel. Here are some options to consider:
Log into your account and navigate to your account settings. Look for the "Subscription" or "Billing" section.
Go to Account SettingsLook for the "Cancel Subscription" or "End Subscription" button. This will be clearly labeled in your billing section.
You'll be asked to confirm your cancellation and may be given options to pause instead of cancel completely.
Note: Cancellation is immediate and cannot be undone. Make sure you've downloaded any data you need.
You'll receive an email confirmation of your cancellation with details about your final billing and data retention.
Before cancelling, make sure to export any data you want to keep:
Important: You have 30 days after cancellation to export your data. After this period, your account and data will be permanently deleted.
If you cancel within 30 days of your initial subscription, you're eligible for a full refund, no questions asked.
For annual subscriptions cancelled after 30 days, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription.
Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days and will appear on your original payment method.
If you change your mind, you can reactivate your subscription:
Your account and data are still available. Simply resubscribe to restore full access.
Your account and data will be permanently deleted. You'll need to create a new account.
