The Ops Toolbox accepts a wide range of payment methods to make it easy for you to manage your subscription:
Navigate to your account settings and look for the "Billing" or "Payment Methods" section. This is where you can view and manage your current payment information.
Go to Account SettingsClick "Add Payment Method" and enter your new card details. You can add multiple payment methods and set one as your default for automatic billing.
Security: All payment information is encrypted and processed securely through Stripe.
Once added, you can set your new payment method as the default for future billing. This ensures uninterrupted service when your subscription renews.
You can safely remove old or expired payment methods once you've added a new one. Make sure to keep at least one valid payment method on file.
If your payment is declined, try these steps:
If your card has expired, simply add your new card details and set it as the default payment method. Your old card will be automatically removed from your account.
Make sure the billing address matches exactly what's on file with your bank. Small discrepancies can cause payment failures.
